“Brother David Steindl-Rast, a Benedictine monk, meditates and writes on “the gentle power” of gratefulness.
The one thing all humans have in common is that each of us wants to be happy, says Brother David Steindl-Rast, a monk and interfaith scholar. And happiness, he suggests, is born from gratitude. An inspiring lesson in slowing down, looking where you’re going, and above all, being grateful.”
Brother David Steind expressing gratefulness .I hope we do follow his recommendation. STOP, LOOK, and GO.
Greatfulness program of the week.
He is giving wonderful advise.
Think positive, do good, be helpful.
What a great message….to be grateful for what we have.
I am at Casablanca Airport awaiting the first flight towards home in Toowoomba. I listened to the YouTube talks about adaptive clothing and about gratitude and seizing the opportunity to both do something and be grateful and by doing something good and realising what we have we become grateful and therefore happy. These were both great talks thank you.
